13.-BEST WOMAN CHEF BOOK
Our past winners have been influenced by French culture: Lea Linster was the first woman (and still the only one) to win the Bocuse DOr, Anne Sophie Pic has clearly progressed towards her third Michelin Star, while having a baby, Diane Tremblay in Canada is an artist.
This year there is a wide food culture represented by the group of women chefs.

Johanna Maier, the Two Michelin Stars chef is a star in her country. She owns the Hotel Hubertus in Filzmoos, where she shows her cooking talent. This book could help her on the international scene, where a cookbook gives weight and presence.

She has been one of the first respected women chefs in Quebec, with an international reputation, with many awards in her province. She is a champion of Quebec products. This is her first cookbook.
